Thrivers are the heart of Thriving Seniors Co. As a Thriver, you'll provide non-medical support to independent seniors living in your community — helping them run errands, stay connected, and continue thriving in the home they love. This is more than a job. It is a calling.
What you'll do
Grocery shopping and errand runs
Light home coordination and organization
Companionship and social support
Transportation to appointments and outings
Technology assistance
Concierge-style tasks tailored to each senior
What we look for in a Thriver
- 18 years of age or older
- Clean background check (checked externally by our team)
- Excellent driving record (verified externally by our team)
- Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Smartphone with camera
- Genuine love for working with seniors
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Strong communication skills
Background and driving record checks are conducted by our team after your application is submitted. You will not need to upload these documents — we handle the verification process directly.
Work on your terms
Being a Thriver fits around your life — not the other way around. Upload your weekly availability and we'll match you with seniors in your area who need support during those times. Choose the neighborhoods you want to serve. Work as little or as much as you like. The more visits you complete with proper documentation, the more you earn — it's completely in your hands.
What you can earn
Base rate
$17.00 / hour
Minimum booking: 1 hour per visit
Here's what your week could look like:

Earnings are paid daily at the end of each business day for all visits completed and documented that day. The more you serve, the more you earn.
